This Intervention Project, represents a complete study of bioclimatic design and concepts on sustainable architecture. The principal idea was make better the building on his relationship with the environment. In abstract, this Project obtains the followin results relating them with the base project:

90% reduction on energy consumption

75% reduction on water consumption

80% greater efficiency on use of materials

90% on increase of comfort

80% on total sustainability
