The principal idea of this Project, consists on be unnoticed. For that, the principal facade is integrate to the context with a simple form, with a traditional construction system. But nevertheless, at the interior, the style is completely contemporary, with a few walls, and spaces with a lot of transparency.

The Garden is the project’s heart. It was defined by a guava’s tree that use to exist in the ground. Trough it, the project takes form. The social area, the kitchen and the bedroom are directly connect to it. . Also, the social area is directly connect to an open garage, being a front yard too. For that, this project can be considerate a big yard-garden house.
